Hotels
We have contracts with several hotels around the Lackland AFB area
and offer excellent competitive rates for the family and friends of graduating
airmen.
Car Rentals
Eagle 3000 has contract agreements with a local car rental agency to provide
car rentals at very reasonable rates. Our agreement is to provide a volume of renters
to the agency and in turn it will provide the best compatible rates if not lower for
our family and friends car rental program. They are conveniently located near the airport
and will help you work out the details prior to your arrival.
Information Package
After making guaranteed reservations through our reservation center, Eagle
3000 will also provide your with more information by sending an information
package 7-10 days prior to your arrival for your trip. You will find the package
has more information about the graduation and documents you will need to check-in
at the hotel. Included is a small city map, and schedule of graduation events.
